Opening to More implies that there is more to living than simply surviving. There’s more to experience than having and accumulating stuff and even more than taking care of your family and hanging with friends.
There’s a depth of living that people call spirituality, which is actually a normal part of life and of our being. We have to give it a word, so spirituality has been that word for a while now. However, I see us moving towards using words that denote energy, for that is the essence of what we are. It’s more precise, in a way. So, what I do is generally referred to as energy healing. And during a session, you can feel a balance settling into your own energy, as you open to more.
In the process of healing, and as we become more open to things like forgiveness, surrender and flow in our lives, so many new ways of seeing the world arise spontaneously. It always seems to me that as we release the emotional pain that ties us down to old habits and ways of being, we make more room for joy in our lives. Then, other wonderful things are drawn into our sphere. When we heal, we naturally begin to focus on that positive life-giving energy, more and more, and from there, everything else falls into place.
You needn’t live in a way that is simply surviving. You can be thriving! Let me help you get there. My work is very freeing, on so many levels. It feels good to open to more!
