About Me

As a youngster, I devoted my heart and life to Spirit. Consciously being aware of this precious connection has been at the heart of who I am and how I serve. Being a retired RN, I have a somewhat unusual (in the Reiki world) perspective when it comes to wellness and health, and of course I bring my medical/nursing knowledge and insight into my sessions. A great blessing for me is that I can pass on the channeled blessings of Reiki and any intuitive messages I receive to you, with my main goal being to help you optimize your daily life experience. 

Reiki Comes into My Life

In 2005, I felt a profound, spiritual calling and soon afterwards, began studying Shamanism. The knowledge I gained and applied helped me to more profoundly heal myself. Realizing my worthiness and innate divinity took me to beautiful places inside myself. I began feeling a greater sense of freedom, wholeness, and spiritual awareness.

I then learned and began practicing and teaching Usui Reiki in 2006, as a natural next step on my path. I loved how deeply Reiki can touch lives and the changes it can bring.

My treatment method combines my love and understanding of the body/mind connection, Shamanism’s breadth of healing potential, intuitive insight and the deeply balancing gift of Reiki. In this way, our work together encompasses and balances your whole being.

Originally, I pursued Reiki Mastership in the Usui tradition. From there I earned Mastership in Karuna, Crystal, Elemental, Ra-Sheeba and Lightarian Reiki.
